The highlight across the menus is premium LIVE lobster, prepared in various styles such as Chinese wine-steamed or garlic-steamed, depending on the set. Smaller group menus feature Prosperous Abalone Yu Sheng, live Australian lobster, Hong Kong-style steamed fish and signature sharing platters, while larger sets expand into dishes like braised fish maw with Alaskan king crab meat, drunken prawns, five-treasures lotus leaf rice and premium bird’s nest soup. For tables of 10 to 12, the top-tier set includes Boston Lobster Yu Sheng, soup with Alaskan king crab meat, and additional Teochew and Cantonese specialities.
