Great Eastern Life has launched the Life Great Advisory Council in June. The council is a collaboration of renowned local academic institution for public health and industry experts in their respective fields. In April this year, Great Eastern also launched Live Great Healthy Rewards programme which is a policy that rewards customers with a good Live Great Assessment score with cash rewards of up to 15% for the first two years and a one-time 30% cash rewards on the third year.
Sharing the government’s vision for a healthy Singapore, Great East Life expands its vision to be a LIFE company by helping its customers to live healthier, better and longer. Partners include Fitbit fitness and tracking devices, Asics footwear, Celebrity Fitness, Ma Kuang Traditional Chinese Medicine provider and Parkway Shenton healthcare
The council will help Great Eastern to identify health and wellness trends and to develop programmes for its customers.
This month, Great Eastern will launch a mobile app LIVE GREAT – Health and Wellness that provides wellness profiling, a 21-day health customised health programme and coupons. And customers who purchase policies such as Great Eastern Pay Assure or SupremeTerm will receive Fitbit Flex worth S$129 for free. Great Eastern Live Great card members can also purchase the FitBit Flex at 50% off retail prices .
Great Eastern will collaborate with NUS School of Public Health to hold a series of Wellness Talks in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam in quarter three this year.
