Singapore will have its first Four Points hotel by end 2016. Four Points Singapore Riverview will be by the Singapore River and close to the central business district.

Currently the Riverview Hotel at 382 Havelock Road, the new Four Points Singapore will undergo a conversion. S$25 million will be spent on renovation and redesign which is currently underway.

There will be 476 contemporary guest rooms, an all day dining restaurant, a Japanese and a Chinese restaurant as well as an alfresco Best Brews bar by the Singapore River where you can enjoy local and imported beers.

The hotel also features a fitness centre, an outdoor pool and 876 sqm of meeting and ballroom space.

Guest will get to enjoy free and fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, signature breakfast with fresh coffee and complimentary bottled water.

Four Points Singapore, Riverview is owned by Keck Seng Hotel Pte Ltd, a unit of Keck Seng Group. The group has several properties under their portfolio including W San Francisco, Sheraton Ottawa and Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers. The group’s principal activities are property investment and development with other operations including Hotel operations, palm oil cultivation, financial investment and investment holdings. It operates mainly in Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Vietnam, Malaysia and the U.S..

We recently visited the recently open Four Points Bali Kuta when the Four Points brand just crossed the 200th hotel milestone last month. There are 45 Four Points in the Asia Pacific Region with nearly 50 additional signed hotels in the pipeline.
