Minor Hotels plans to launch its Avani Hotels & Resorts lifestyle brand in Singapore, marking the group’s entry into the country. It has partnered with Singapore’s Kajima Development and Abu Dhabi-based Alwathba Investment to develop the hotel. The 13-storey upscale property with 200-keys is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2027 at 24 Peck Seah Street.

The hotel will be located within minutes’ walk to the Central Business District and Chinatown and offer business and leisure guests a contemporary stay that blends the rich heritage of Singapore’s iconic shophouses with its modern urban development. Guests have access to nearby a wide selection of food and drink options ranging from hawker fare at Maxwell and Amoy Street food centres to Michelin-recommended global cuisine along Keong Siak Road, Telok Ayer, and Duxton Hill amongst others. Getting around will be convenient with its close proximity of less than 200 metres from the Tanjong Pagar MRT station and 350 metres from the Maxwell MRT Station (TEL).
