For a limited time till 8 November 2015, you can enjoy Roti Pratas from Casuarina Curry House at the dinner buffet at Fullerton Hotel’s Town Restaurant.

Made from traditional family recipes, the 29 year old Casuarina Curry Restaurant’s roti pratas will be served with Paneer Butter Masala made with Indian cottage cheese, Aloo Gobi made with potatoes, cauliflower and Indian spices and Chicken Masala that comes with roasted chunks of chicken ‘tikka’ in a spicy and creamy sauce.

You can enjoy plain, egg, plaster pratas and Murtabak served either plain or filled with ingredients such as cheese, onion, egg, mushrooms and minced mutton.

Of course, the buffet at Town Restaurant also comes with the usual favourites such as the Beef Rendang, Seafood Laksa, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Mee Rebus and Chilli Crab.

For desserts, try out Payasam, an asian rice pudding made by boiling rice, broken wheat, tapioca or vermicelli with milk and sugar flavoured with cardamon, raisins, saffron, cashew nuts, pistachios or almonds. Another sweets not to be missed is the Carrot Halwa, a rich Indian dessert made with fresh carrots, milk and sugar.

Casuarina Curry House’s famous Teh Tarik and Lassi are available at an additional S$5 nett per person.

Roti Prata Extravaganza is available at the dinner buffet from 6.30pm till 10.30pm at S$55++ per adult and S$28++ per child from six to 11 years old from Sundays to Tuesdays or S$69++ for adult with a seafood selection or S$89++ per adult with free flow serving of draught beer and Singapore Sling and S$34++ per child from Wednesdays to Saturdays.
