The Sleeping Rhino at klapson The Boutique Hotel serves up a new brunch menu since March this year. Located in a quiet corner of Keppel Road under the mixed development building of hotel rooms and offices, The Sleeping Rhino not only offers decent servings for an early breakfast at 7am daily, but also brunch till 11am on weekdays and public holidays and till 2pm on weekends.

Personally, I would recommend having early morning meetings here, because you get a good breakfast to start off the day and it doesn’t usually get too crowded. Oh most importantly, The Sleeping Rhino is air conditioned.

The Croque Madame is The Sleeping Rhino’s rendition of the Ham and Cheese Sandwich. The multi layer sandwich is topped with a sunny side egg.

Add ons are possible at additional cost of between S$2 and S$4.50. You can add grilled sausages, sauteed mushrooms, halloumi cheese, grilled chicken breast, grilled bacon, hash browns or grilled tomatotes.

There are also sweet options for brunch such as the homemade pancakes that come with caramelised bananas, strawberries and raisins, golden syrup and butter or the French Toast Salpicon Fruits which comes with two french toasts served with cut fruits and maple syrup. You can request for cheddar cheese filling for the French Toast.
