Aquamarine goes Indonesian during Ramadan. The buffet spread will also feature international and local favourites at Aquamarine’s Halal-certified food stations during Ramadan Iftar.
40 year old Guest Chef Sahroni from Hotel Borobudur in Jakarta Indonesia will serve up authentic Indonesian dishes such as his Penyet Delights of Chicken, Duck, Fish and Squid, Sop Buntut (Oxtail Soup) and Opor Ayam (Braised Chicken with Coconut Milk). Other international and Asian dishes include Baked Seafood Pasta with Fennel Cream Sauce, Shawarma, Steamed Chawanmushi with Crab Meat, Mushroom and Gingko Nuts and Chicken Tikka.
Mouthwatering desserts to end the meal such as traditional Indonesian kuehs, Lapis Surabaya are available.
The buffet dinner is available from 6.30pm to 10pm at S$78++ per adult and S$39++ per child on Fridays and Saturdays or S$68++ for adults and S$34 for children on Sundays to Thursdays.
