13 February 2012, Singapore – Casio recently renewed its long term partnership (since 2009) with Red Bull Racing as a Red Bull Racing Team Partner for the 2012 and 2013 Formula 1 seasons.
Casio’s partnership is synergised by Red Bull Racing’s qualities of having a youthful image and energy and pursuing an intelligent strategy while striving to leverage outstanding technology capabilities to make its racing cars the fastest in the world.
Red Bull Racing has been competing in Formula One Championship races since 2005.
The EDIFICE is the Official Watch Partner for the 2012 and 2013 seasons while the Casio logo continues to appear on racing suits worn by Vettel and Webber, as well as on the team wear and the nose sections of the team’s race cars.
Under the concept of “Speed and Intelligence,” the EDIFICE line of analog metal watches evokes a sense of velocity and motor-sports energy with the movement of the hands and distinctive watch face. The lineup features a full range of measurement functions and distinctive face designs. EDIFICE watches, including the EQS-A1000DB released last year offer a sporty look. Casio will work with Red Bull Racing to release special collaborative watch models.
