Tenuta by Park90 at the grand Lobby Lounge of InterContinental Singapore opened in November. The all-Italian wine bar is a collaboration between Park90 and InterContinental Singapore. It offers over 400 labels of wines and spirits. Head sommelier Aleksandra Arzhakova from Siberia, Russia and her team guide guests through the extensive wine list, the largest such specialty list in Singapore.
Tenuta means ‘estate’ in Italian. Over 200 wines are priced at S$100 or under. The list of wines here comprises Italy’s 20 controlled designation of origin (DOC) wine-growing regions from Veneto, Tuscany and Piedmont to Calabria, Molise and Valle d’Aosta. The menu highlights different themes and lesser-known producers each month. Up to 10 wines by the glass will showcase indigenous local grapes as well as more premium bottles using Coravin (a wine preservation tool), with prices starting from $16 a glass.
Patrons at Tenuta can indulge in a curated Signature bites menu from Michelin-recommended Man Fu Yuan helmed by Executive Chinese Chef Aaron Tan and LUCE by Davide Giacomelli which opened in May 2022.
It is open to the public from 5 pm to 12 am from Monday to Sunday. Last order of wine at 11 pm and last order of food at 10pm. Park90 members enjoy additional privileges, including dining discounts, 1-for-1 BYO days and exclusive members tastings.
