Heading the kitchen is Chef Brandon Lee, formerly associated with Les Amis Group of Restaurants, including Au Jardin and FiftyThree. Chef Lee strongly believes that delicious food should be accessible to all, and he has expanded his repertoire by infusing casual dining projects with the precision of fine dining techniques. He consistently challenges his creativity, emphasising minimal waste and a mindful approach to his craft. His focus lies in utilising seasonal produce to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
