Five Senses restaurant at The Westin Kuala Lumpur features premium Cantonese cuisines till 23 March 2014 with celebrated Chef Kong Khai Meng of the five-star Dragon Hotel in Hangzhou. Savour the ‘Celeb Chefs Present Dragon Chef’ set lunch and dinner menus of the very highest quality, alongside a la carte lunch and dinner options.

Enjoy ‘Jiangnan’ appetisers, other dishes including Champignon mushroom, aged-wine chicken mousse consommé, West lake sweet and sour aged-vinegar, escalope of cod and soy cured eggplant, bamboo shoot with sakura shrimp flakes and others. You can also look forward to Long Jing tea river shrimps, duo style hairy crab meat and roe cooked in whole orange classic Hangzhou style.

Chef Kong Khai Meng has over 20 years of experience in restaurants in Southeast Asia. Together with celebrity chef and contemporary Chinese cuisine pioneer Jereme Leung and Chef Kong have been honoured with accolades including the Food & Wine 50 Best Restaurant award for Grand Dragon Chinese Restaurant in Hangzhou.

The Dragon Chef set lunch is available at RM98++ per person. Set Dinner is available at RM168++ per person. SPG R&B members enjoy a 10% discount whilst Beyond Card members enjoy a 15% discount off the menu price.
