The Terrace Express offers local Cantonese favourites such as the Signtaure Fish Ball Rice Noodle in Soup with Housemade XO sauce at HK$48 or the Steamed Pork Spare Ribs with Steamed Rice served with Chef Sum’s Double Boiled Soup at HK$78.
Lee Fa Yuen Express is Terminal 1’s only Korean restaurant. Enjoy authentic, fresh and delicious Korean dishes such as Bibimbap with mixed Vegetables and Beef at HK$80 or a Spicy Soon Tofu Pot at HK$88.
The Green Market Express is for the health conscious. Here you can enjoy slow pressed fresh juices which preserves the nutrients so you can reap the maximum benefit for your immune system. There is also a convenient grab-and-go menu for your to purchase carry-on food for your flight.
If you just want to relax over wine or draught beer, then MoonBar is the place to go to. Charcuterie platters and hot sandwiches are also available.
