High tea takes on a whole new meaning when you are high up in Marina Bay Sands’ award-winning Sky on 57 restaurant located at the SkyPark. Helmed by celebrity Chef Justin Quek, the four year old restaurant introduces a new Sky High Tea (S$78++ for two) that promises a mix of sweet and savoury to tickle your every tastebud while you admire Singapore’s city skyline. The menu includes Demitasse of Fresh Mushroom Cappuccino, Foie Gras Xiao Long Bao, gourmet sandwiches/snacks, mini pastries, classic gateaux, petits fours plus the popular Gula Java Macron and Ivory White Truffle Chocolate.

For an even “higher” experience, top-up to S$138++ (for two) and complement your high tea experience with a glass of Taittinger Champagne.

Sky High Tea is available daily from 2.30pm to 5pm.

If you need greater high after your afternoon tea, just proceed to Sky on 57’s outdoor terrace to check out their new Asian-inspired cocktails, created by in-house mixologist Lucas Swallows. These 13 exclusive cocktails use Asian ingredients plus premium spirits. The Blue Sky Margarita uses spicy blue ginger, and a Malaka Mojito comes with gula Melaka, laksa leaf and lemongrass. Or go Japanese with Tune in Tokyo featuring shiso umeshu, aged rum, orgeat, sparkling sake, fresh lemon and plum bitters.

Chef Justin Quek from Sky on 57 said, “The new high tea and cocktails were specially designed to complement our dining offerings and to elevate the experience at Sky on 57. We are especially proud of the new series of original cocktails that reflect the Franco Asian cuisine that the restaurant is known for.
