14 September 2012, Singapore – Hard Rock Cafe Singapore introduces their new Smokehouse with sandwiches and salad infused with that delectable rustic, wood-smoke flavour from their smokehouse smoker. With a new choice of sandwiches, salad and even Pho (Vietnamese noodles), there is something for everyone at Hard Rock Cafe.

If you are on diet, fear not! The new Smokehouse Menu will not add those extra calories and carbohydrates to your meal. The new Smokehouse Chop Salad (S$18) is there to save the meal with its light smoky citrus vinaigrette dressing, topped with fresh avocado, smoked chicken and spicy bacon & pecan, it will make everyone jealous that you are having greens.

From the smokehouse menu comes three new smokehouse sandwiches (S$22), Shang Hi, South Carolina & The Texan. All the sandwiches let you choose from Hard Rock Cafe’s renowned juicy Pulled Pork or Pulled Chicken. Served with thick cut fries and freshly made coleslaw, this will be a hearty meal for anyone.

The Shang Hi Smokehouse Sandwich topped with Award-winning Asian 5-spice Bar-B-Que sauce with homemade Asian style pickled cucumbers with sriracha mayonnaise drizzle, paired nicely with the juicy and tender pulled pork while bringing out that wholesome Asian taste to your palate.

My personal favourite from the new menu will be the Feta Cheese Chicken Salad Sandwich (S$18). The poached chicken salad topped with dried cranberries and feta cheese served between the toasted hoagie roll is a dish that makes you want to go back for more. Every bite with the dried cranberries makes it so refreshing, but if you are not a cheese lover, the Feta Cheese may taste a bit too strong for you.

If you are looking for a soupy dish, Hard Rock Cafe Singapore also introduce Pho Bo (S$18), Vietnamese Beef Noodles, for a warm meal on a cold day.
