Opus Bar & Grill at Hilton Singapore recently launched their new Premium Butcher’s Cuts that features four types of meat cuts on a platter for two people at S$128++.
The combination of meats include 500- to 600-gram Rangers Valley Angus OP rib; 150-gram Margaret River wagyu flank steak; 400- to 500-gram grain-fed beef short ribs with a marble score of three, braised with aromatic spices; and gourmet sausages masterfully grilled over Jarrah Wood for a deep smoky flavour on the open-flame charcoal grill.
From Sunday to Thursday, that price includes two hours of free-flow wines or 50% off wine by the bottle on Friday and Saturday. Now this is pretty awesome, don’t you agree?
And if you prefer to have a balanced dinner of seafood and beef, you can always order the 500g Australian Westholme Wagyu Sirlion with 500g whole live MSC Boston Lobster for S$138++.
For starters, you can also order freshly shucked oysters at S$5++ a piece, Kelong local green mussels steamed in lemongrass fumes at S$12++, MSC Atlantic Scallops with edamame, blood sausage and miso espuma at S$22++ to complement your meal.
If you are dining with more people, try sharing the 1 to 1.2 kg U.S. Whiskey-aged Tomahawk 365 days grain fed at S$153++. Watching the tomahawk flambé in whiskey in itself is already a delight. Wait till you sink your teeth into the flavourful tender meat.
Desserts at Opus Bar & Grill
A meal is not complete without desserts. That’s if you still have any space for desserts. Desserts here are priced at S$12++ or S$14++. There is the chocolate dome with blueberry crumble, Bailey ice cream and hot chocolate briolette if you absolutely adore chocolate.
The charcoal grilled banana with smoked salted caramel coconut and calamnsi ice cream offers you a refreshing ending to your dinner at S$12.
The grilled honey pineapple with vanilla ice cream, crumble and rum sauce is pretty and tastes like a sweetened breakfast cereal topped with vanilla ice cream.
Opus Bar & Grill opens for dinner at 6.30 pm till 10.30 pm daily. The bar operates from 10 am to midnight.
