Ready To Eat Pizzas by Baker Dean Brettschneider Now Available at Fairprice Finest
Plank Sourdough Pizza, Singapore’s first pizzeria specialising in sourdough pizza with five outlets and a sixth opening at Faber Drive, has introduced a retail range of four halal-certified frozen pizzas at all 26 FairPrice Finest outlets. Priced at S$14.90 for each 25cm sourdough pizza, the flavours include Beefy Pepperoni, Queen Margherita, Spicy Hawaiian and Supreme Veggies.
Plank Sourdough Pizzas are hand-stretched and made without artificial colouring, additives or preservatives. The dough is made with a combination of flours, natural wild yeast (Levain), salt, water and olive oil.
Each pizza comes with a unique sachet of oil infused with chilli or truffle that you can drizzle over the baked pizzas.
We had the Spicy Hawaiian which was topped with juicy pineapple wedges, beef pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, mixed herbs and Chili flakes. The Supreme Veggies featured roasted zucchini, mushrooms, red and yellow capsicums, black olives, red onions topped with mozzarella cheese and real basil pesto.
Crystal Jade Launches Frozen and Ready-to-Eat Products
Crystal Jade has launched its retail range of frozen and ready-to-cook and eat products which included items such as Siew Mai, char siew bun, crispy pork belly and Poached Chicken in Szechuan style.
Now you can enjoy Crystal Jade’s Dim Sum without even leaving home. There’s the signature HK Char Siew Bun, salted egg yolk lava bun, chicken bun, lotus paste bun, red bean bun, classic Siew Mai, crystal shrimp dumpling har kau, vegetable dumpling, shrimp dumpling, Beijing Duck dumpling, Yam cake, carrot cake and baked honey pork char siew pastry.
The Ready-to-Cook and Eat range includes braised pork belly with preserved vegetables Hakka style, salt-baked Dang Gui Chicken, roasted crispy pork belly, HK style chilli sauce, poached chicken in Szechuan style, and braised 2-head of 4-head abalone.
These items can be purchased on line at estore.crystaljade.com as well as at Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen outlets at Great World, Tampines, Takashimaya and Holland Village. They will also be launched progressively across its outlets islandwide.
