Weekend A La Carte Dim Sum Buffet at Si Chuan Dou Hua in PARKROYAL on Beach Road

Head over to Si Chuan Dou Hua at PARKROYAL on Beach Road on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays for a special dim sum brunch from 11. 30am to 2 pm before 27 September 2020.

For S$52++ per person with at least two adults to dine, enjoy yum cha session with unlimited servings of 26 freshly prepared dim sum items brought to your table as well as a serving each from nine choices.

Enjoy a serving from nine choices of Dim Sum Specialties such as the Deep-Fried Fluffy Swan pastry with Foie Gras, Steamed Sea Urchin Siew Mai, Baked Abalone BBQ Pork Pastry, Steamed Lobster Dumpling, Steamed Scallop Dumpling or the Steamed Dumpling with Seafood in Clear Soup and a Baked Mini Egg tart with Bird’s Nest.

From the unlimited servings of dim sum, appetisers, soups and desserts, don’t forget to order the Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles or Hot & Sour Vermicelli. There are three choices of soups, if you enjoy your soups just like me. There is the Double-Boiled Black Chicken with Ginseng Soup, Boiled Tomato Soup with Giant Garoupa Fillet and Wolfberries and the Boiled Spare Ribs Soup with Golden Mushrooms, Bean Curd and Preserved Capsicum.

From the four choices of desserts, my all-time favourite is the signature Homemade Fine Bean Curd with Hasma. It’s a must-have whenever I dine at Si Chuan Dou Hua. Otherwise, there is also the Pumpkin Pancake, Passionfruit Raspberry Chocolate and Coffee Noir Orange Mousse.

Celebrating Mid-Autumn

Get your dosage of classic low-sugar mooncakes for the Mid Autumn festival till 30 September 2020. This year’s low-sugar mooncake flavours include a white lotus seed paste with double yolk mooncake, as well as the charcoal white lotus seed paste mooncake with macadamia nuts.

Purchase four mooncakes in an elegant gold box which also comes with a golden pouch filled with eight pieces of fortune cookies in three flavours – butter, mocha, and strawberry. There are attractive prices within each fortune cookie which includes a complimentary Peking Duck at Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant and massage treatments from St. Gregory Spa.

The Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurants at TOP of UOB Plaza and PARKROYAL on Beach Road will also introduce mid-autumn inspired set menus and high tea menus. Mid-Autumn Inspired set menus are priced at S$78 per person with a minimum of two to dine.
