The Watsons Pharmacy eConsultation service is available from Mondays to Fridays from 12pm to 5.30pm, excluding public holidays, through the Watsons official website and mobile app. Consultations are conducted securely and confidentially, with end-to-end encryption and strict data privacy protocols. They usually last around 15 minutes depending on the complexity of the enquiry.
Connect with a certified Watsons pharmacist for a free personalised consultation on minor ailments, travel health advice and guidance on supplements and medications. This includes support for common, non-emergency concerns such as common cough and cold, fever and pain, digestive disorders like diarrhoea, constipation and vomiting, mouth and throat conditions including sore throat and cold sores, eye conditions such as allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye, and skin and hair conditions such as eczema, allergies and hair loss.
Customers will be offered personalised recommendations with full price transparency and cost breakdowns when a product is recommended. Products can be conveniently ordered online for delivery direct to their doorstep.
