Diners will start off with an Auchentoshan cocktail paired with deep-fried pine mushrooms. A second appetiser, the stewed meat roll with golden crisp is paired with the Auchentoshan Three Wood.
For mains, enjoy the braised barramundi fillet with corn puree with an Auchentoshan 12 years. It followed by a roasted Irish ‘Silver Hill’ duck with the Auchentoshan Three Wood. The crispy prawn croquettes with herbs sauce is paired with the Auchentoshan 18 years.
