Jay Park Waving To Fans At Changi Airport

1 May 2012, Singapore – It all started on 27 April 2012, when Kpop star Jay Park touched down at Changi Airport to the delight of some 300 fans who were there to receive him.  Some admitted to rushing down to the airport immediately after school to catch their idol.   The arrival hall at the airport was filled with screams and cheers from fans and many of these fans ran after the vehicle when Jay was leaving the airport in the hope of catching a glimpse of him or a photo memory.

That night, Jay was at IMM Shopping Mall at Garden Plaza Level 3 for an autograph session.  More than 1000 fans were present to meet their idol.  Some even queued up as early as the night before the session.  He performed ‘Know Your Name’ with his dancers and an auction for his autographed album, 6 poster sets and a T-shirt was also held during the session.  A female student with the highest bid of S$800 was happy to walk away with her favourite artist’s paraphernalia.  This money was donated to the Singapore Children’s Society.

They even put in effort to learn and practice the dance to Jay Park’s KNOW YOUR NAME.
