And to mark its primo anniversario, its Head Chef Felix Chong, 15 years of innovative culinary experience under his apron, has curated an exquisite 3-course menu.

New creations such like pan-seared Hokkaido scallop, pan seared white cod, braised beef short ribs, there is also a vegetarian menu that’ll turn you meatless. Their special butter, exclusive to Monti, is made with nori. Ask for seconds.
