Raffles Courtyard Hawker Series & Four Pillars Gin Affair

Raffles Courtyard kicks off a new series of collaborations this year celebrating popular hawker specialties and homegrown culinary talents behind them. The first of the four-part Hawker Stories at Raffles Courtyard series started on 16 March with Chef-Owner Pasha Siraj’s Luckmeow which shut its doors at Maxwell Food Centre in September last year. You have till 27 March to enjoy Pasha’s Indian-fusion dishes.

And from 30 March to 17 April, influencer, chef and hawkerpreneur Hady Jay of Mr Tersmell will present Pulut Kuning with a choice of Beef Rendang or Curry Chicken and Bubur Pulut Hitam with Vanilla Ice Cream. Enjoy dishes by Chef David Lim from Empress Place Teochew Beef Kway Teow from 20 April to 8 May and also Darren Teo & Henry Yap’s from Seafood Pirate & Yap’s Noodles respectively from 11 to 29 May. Since their closure, Darren and Henry have teamed up to open 51 Noodle House, which serves special fusion noodle dishes.

Everytime you enjoy the Hawker Stories at Raffles Courtyard series bundle from each instalment, you receive a stamp on a special card. Enjoy your meal with a selection of thirst-quenching mocktails, cocktails, spirits, beers and wines. Happy hour specials are priced at S$12++ for selected house pours, wines and more every day from 5pm to 8pm.

Raffles Courtyard has also joined forces with Four Pillars Gin to present a cocktail menu inspired by the beauty of Australia’s natural environment. Two cocktails have been handcrafted exclusively by the team of Four Pillars Gin including Orange & Tonic, a fizzy orange cocktail that features the Four Pillars 58.8 Navy Strength. The other is the Spiced Negroni that is mixed with Campari, spiced vermouth, and dark créme de cacao liqueur, to amplify the flavours of Four Pillars Spiced Negroni.

The other four exclusive cocktails by Raffles Courtyard include a Courtyard Sling, Vamsi, Manzanilla and Venus 99.

Happy hour prices for these Yarra Valley gin cocktails are priced at S$15++, otherwise, each cocktail costs S$20. These cocktails are available until 23 June 2022. Or opt for the Four Pillars Gin Flight for S$15++ which comes with three flavours of gin with tonic.
