Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant at PARKROYAL on Beach Road has brought back its all-you-can-eat à la carte dim sum buffet lunch. Running until 31 July 2026, this weekend-only lunch for a minimum of four diners, focuses on quality over sheer volume, with a menu of 60 handcrafted Cantonese and Sichuan dishes curated by Master Dim Sum Chef Andy Ching Wei Meng. Priced at S$68++ per adult and S$34++ per child aged 6 to 12 years old for dining from Fridays to Sundays 11.30am to 2.30pm. Citibank and UOB cardholders enjoy 15 percent off with a minimum of four paying adults.
Instead of pre-prepared trays, dishes are made to order and served à la carte. Expect a mix of traditional dim sum and more contemporary combinations. Pace your meal with dumplings, then move into richer dishes like diced chicken or roast meats.
