Summer Hill Weekend Trolley Brunch

Summer Hill offers value-for-money all-you-can-eat Weekend Brunches at Claymore Connect

Summer Hill is introducing an unlimited weekend brunch trolley, kicking this off during the Easter weekend. Having moved from its Sunset Way outlet in 2022 to Claymore Connect, Chef-owner Anthony Yeoh presents a French take on Dim Sum featuring a menu of small plates of his greatest and new dishes that are wholesome and hearty.

And it is priced at a very friendly price of S$69++ for this all-you-can-eat feast. Kids under 12 years old pay S$25++. And if you enjoy free-flow Prosecco, Red & White Wines, add another S$69++.

The brunch menu features the new Braised Lamb Shoulder Dipper, a whole, slow braised shoulder that falls off the bone and is stuffed into a toasted milk bun and dipped in au jus and also the signature Classic Roast Chicken.

There are also classics such as the Ham & Brie Sandwiches, Marinated Tomatoes & Ricotta, Mussels Normandy and Steak & Eggs and crispy carbs such as the addictive Duck Fat Fries & Duck Fat Potato Pavés. We had the Clams Normandy instead because of the unavailability of fresh mussels and it was so addictive with that sour dough bread and piquant sauce. The tender steak & scrambled eggs were irresistible.

The dessert trolley offers freshly baked peach galettes, chocolate stout cake floating in a cloud of boozy Bailey’s whipped cream and more. Also enjoy the free-flow ice tea.

The Kid’s Favourite menu features bacon & mushroom alfredo pasta, popcorn chicken, and unlimited fries. Kids can drizzle their favourite toppings over fluffy bowls of shaved ice with the DIY Snow Cone Bar.
