Applications for a pass for the VTL to enter Singapore opens to fully vaccinated long-term pass holders and short-term visitors on 22 November 2021 at 10 am.

Check out Expedia’s partnership with Raffles Medical Group. They are offering pre-departure COVID-19 PCR tests at Raffles Medical Clinics in Singapore at a special rate of S$124 if you book your flights through Expedia.
