Savor succulent Alaskan King Crabs, smooth Tasmanian Shucked Oysters, steamed South Australian Sea Black Mussels (known as “Kinkawooka”), pan seared Australian Scallops with delectable Cream Caviar, and other Japanese, Asian and Western seafood items.
For weekday lunches from 16 to 19 July 2012, Azur, in conjunction with Singapore Food Festival will be launching a range of Singapore Seafood Claypot Specialties, which are local dishes slow-cooked in claypots. For $38++, you get to choose between Snapper Head Assam Curry, Singapore Style Chilli Crab or “Drunken” Chinese Herbs Littleneck Clam Broth. These tasty claypots come in servings for two.
