In the mood for Suckling Pig? This year Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road celebrates its 20th anniversary with the Flambé Suckling Pig Feast from 15 June to 30 September 2016.
The Flambé Suckling Pig comes with six homemade dips including the traditional cantonese dip, creamy foie gras dip, spicy sichuan dip, matsutake mushroom and parlsey dip, refreshing pineapple dip and the black garlic dip.
Executive Cantonese Chef Leung Wing Chung torches the sides of the suckling pig with a Chinese wine glaze and ignites it with a dancing flame. The Chinese wine adds an additional flavour to the smoky suckling pig.
Available at S$258++ on its own or at S$368++ for six persons as part of the Flambé Suckling Pig Feast set menu, or S$588+ for 10 persons at Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road outlet only.
