Visit the Camp Smokey Pop Up at Jigger & Pony till 2 May 2021

Monkey Shoulder has decked a part of Jigger & Pony into a Camp Smokey pop up so you can experience a summer camp nostalgia with a cheeky twist from 20 April to 2 May 2021. Celebrating Smokey Monkey’s arrival in Singapore, three cocktails have been created with Smoky Monkey by Silvio Daniele, Jigger & Pony’s Principal Bartender and Monkey Shoulder’s Regional Brand Ambassador Samuel Ng.

Samuel joins Silvio on Sundays, 25 April and 2 May for a guest shift at Jigger & Pony to bring double the fun and double the trouble in their cheeky camp ranger outfits.

Smoked Banana	Inspired by Silvio’s camping adventures around South East Asia where bananas are best enjoyed plucked straight from the trees and chowed down fresh, this cocktail features Smokey Monkey, banana puree, chocolate liqueur, fresh cream and marshmallow, a real taste of being at one with nature.
Wild Highball	This creation is all about stepping out in the wild and foraging for the best of nature’s ingredients, featuring a double trouble combination of Monkey Shoulder and Smokey Monkey, mixed up with coconut, bamboo leaves – the ultimate multipurpose plant – finished with soda water for a refreshing highball.
Campfire	There’s never camping without fire, and there’s definitely no fire without wood! This twist on a Rob Roy features Smokey Monkey, sweet vermouth, palosanto and hinoki with all around smokey and woody flavours that transport you straight to the fireside.

Put a Wing On It	Grilled chicken wings stuffed with prawn and pork, and seasoned with lemongrass, palm sugar and sriracha for a sweet and spicy tropical twist on this bar snack favourite.
The S’More, The Merrier	A fresh take on a campfire classic, this deconstructed S’mores snack features irresistible chunks of decadent chocolate brownies, biscoff and torched marshmallow, making it the perfect sweet ending to sink your teeth into.

Camp Smokey is available only in Bars.
