Heineken Silver & The Meatmen Channel Presents Mala Dry Rub Baby Pork Rib and Silver Pot of Treasures at The Plattering Co.

Aromatic Mala Dry Rub
Heineken has teamed up with The Meatmen Channel to introduce two exciting new creations: the Silver Baked Tender Baby Pork Rib with Aromatic Mala Dry Rub (S$188) and the Silver Pot of Treasures (S$368). These delectable dishes, available for order through The Plattering Co., are designed to serve up to eight people.
The Silver Baked Tender Baby Pork Rib takes inspiration from the classic pairing of chuan chuan and beer. Featuring a mild mala-spiced dry rub, the tender ribs perfectly complement Heineken Silver’s clean and crisp taste. The dish includes three slabs of ribs accompanied by charred sweet chili cauliflower and a vibrant assortment of steamed corn on the cob, baby potatoes, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus coated in a maple mustard glaze.
The Silver Pot of Treasures offers a modern take on the traditional pen cai. Packed with the rich umami flavours of chicken and seafood in a luscious pumpkin broth, this hearty dish pairs seamlessly with the light maltiness and refreshing profile of Heineken Silver.
Experience a spectacular celebration that combines the best of both worlds with this exclusive Silver Abundance Bundle (S$468) featuring the two dishes. Ideal for gifting, hosting at home, or festive get-togethers, it’s the ultimate treat for any occasion. To make it even better, each bundle includes 2 FREE 6-packs of Heineken Silver
