Apiary at 84 Neil Road is online so you an order your ice cream by the tub to cool down or some Gatherer chocolates. The main store remains open for take-away orders from 7 April 2020 or for delivery. Bar-A-Thym Restaurant

Bar-A-Thym Restaurant by François Mermilliod at 18 Gemmil Lane is offering takeaways and deliveries for its dishes and wine.

Takeaway orders are available from 12 pm to 10 pm from Mondays to Saturdays, and on Sundays from 12 pm to 6 pm.

Delivery will be available islandwide from 27 March 2020 from 12 pm to 9 pm on Mondays to Saturdays and till 6 pm on Sundays. Delivery fee for orders above S$150 are waived.

The Beast

The Beast Southern Kitchen and Bourbon Bar at 17 Jalan Klapa is now offering S$15++ lunch specials with its revised operating hours.

The regular menu is also available for dine-in and takeout. Enjoy a 20% discount off non-promotional items on the regular menu from Monday to Fridays, 11.00 am to 5.00 pm.

The Beast’s menu is also available for delivery on the various food delivery platforms with special $12++ meals.

It revised its operating hours on 30 March. It operates Monday to Thursday from 11 am to 11 pm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 am to midnight. On Sunday, it operates from 10 am to 10 pm.

Mr Biryani

Mr Biryani’s signature Hyderabadi Biryani, a regional variant characterised by a cooking method practised across Hyderabad, is now available for islandwide deliveries (up to 9.30 pm) and takeaway. Self pickup is available from the 32 Norris Road outlet. Enjoy free delivery for orders above S$60. Orders from S$30 to S$59.90 will be charged a flat delivery fee of S$10.

The Hyderabad Birayani is offered with a choice of chicken, seafood, lamb, mutton, vegetable or paneer and served with spicy biryani masala and fragrant dhum biryani rice. Besides Biryani, there are also panneers, curries and naans.

Not sure what to order, then go for the value-driven set meals. THere is a Couple Pack (S$30 nett) for up to 2, a Family Pack (S$60 nett) for up to 4.

In light of the novel Coronavirus pandemic, Mr Biryani will be one of the four restaurants alongside The Salted Plum, Ola Beach Club and Olivia & Co., participating in Octava Foundation’s Covid-19 initiative with Agape Connecting People, a contact centre that aims to impact and rebuild lives. In their bid to support the fight against Covid-19, the foundation will be sponsoring meals for staffers manning the Covid-19 National Hotline for a total of 50 days.

Bistro Du Vin

The Blue Ginger

Craving for Peranakan food? The Blue Ginger, a Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient for the past three years, is offering 20% discount off all takeaway orders at its Tanjong Pagar and Great World outlets.

The menu also features all-day breakfast, starters and sliders, main dishes, desserts, gourmet coffee selection and other beverages.

Burger & Lobster Singaproe

Burger & Lobster’s juicy burgers, wild Atlantic lobsters and tempting rolls are available for delivery via GrabFood and takeaway from its Raffles Arcade outlet. Visit their website to order.

Butcher Boy

Butcher Boy offers delivery and self pick up for those who prefer to dine from home. Lunch is offered on Thursday, Friday and Sunday while the dinner menu is available everyday.

Chef Avenue Singapore has a Bundle Meal for two promotion going on now. Minimum orders of S$35 with a delivery fee of S$6. Enjoy free delivery islandwide when you spend more than S$60.

I had the Chicken and Salmon Sumiyaki, Japanese Curry Chicken Katsu Rice, Sides of Tori Tempura, Kakiage and Ebi Tempura and Miso Soup for S$16. There are six combos to select from. The value of the set is worth up to S$28.50 which is pretty value for money.

Coffee Lounge at Goodwood Park Hotel

Goodwood Park Hotel reintroduced food delivery service to cater to more people who prefer to stay home or in the office for their meals. Enjoy Asian delights such as Fried Hokkien Mee, Hainanese Chicken Rice and Nasi Goreng Istimewa to Western selections such as Fish & Chips and Provencal Herb Marinated Spring Chicken.

Curry Times

Curry Times is now offering newly launched bento sets for takeaway and delivery at selected locations for orders with a minimum of three sets. Each Bento Set is priced at S$9.90+ for 1 main, 1 side and 1 drink. You also get a nourishing soup for free. This is available for locations near Curry Times outlets at Novena Square, Westgate and Changi Airport Terminal 3. You need to call the individual stores to order.

Firebake’s woodfired breads are too good to miss. The new Crispy Pork Burger from Fung Kee Hotdogs SG is pretty good with two slices of very crispy pork roast with cooked red cabbage, pickles, apple slice and remoulade. I will have it with the S$14 Signature Negroni because it pairs so well with the Crispy Pork Burger.

Other items in the new burger menu include Cheese Burger, Ayam Penyat Burger and Teriyaki Salmon Burger.

Grain Traders

Grain Traders, a good food company that believes in nourishing people beyond food, based at CapitaGreen on Market Street has a new initiative Nourishing Neighbourhoods. They have bundled meals to be delivered straight to neighbourhood districts for pick up. Prices have been reduced for accessibility.

Jumbo Take Away Bento Box

JUMBO Seafood, Zui Teochew Cuisine and Singapore Seafood Republic have introduced new Bento boxes priced at S$10.80 and S$12.80 nett that are available for takeaway (10% off) or delivery via Deliveroo, Foodpanda or GrabFood. Six different bento combinations served with a choice of Egg Fried Rice or Steamed Rice and a variety of signature flavours are available till 31 May 2020.

The new JUMBO Seafood Bento Boxes feature Deshelled Prawns Stir Fried with Chilli Crab Sauce with other seafood options including prawns and sliced fish cooked with JUMBO Seafood’s signature sauces – Nonya Sauce, Chef’s Special Spicy Sauce, and Sambal. There are the Deep Fried Sliced Salmon with Nonya Sauce, or Sliced Salmon with Chef’s Special Spicy Sauce and Deshelled Prawns Stir Fried with Sambal.

There are also meat options such as Chicken Glazed with Tangerine Honey, Sweet and Sour Chicken or a Mocha Chicken Fillet.

The chicken confirm was tender in the inside and crispy on the outside with sides of kale, roasted potatoes, and kale with coconut and green chilli sauce makes a hearty meal.

W Singapore New Take It Away Menu

W Singapore Sentosa Cove has launched a new Take It Away Menu from SKIRT and The Kitchen Table that is available every day from 11 am to 10 pm. There is a minimum order of S$50 for deliveries as well as a delivery fee. Check out the full menu online.

A Bento-On-The-Go concept presents three different five-in-one options, covering all bases from starters to desserts for only SS$21 nett per set. The vegetarian Going Green set is centered on a Harissa-marinated Cauliflower Steak. A Western Wonders set kicks things off with Crab Mac & Cheese topped with Crispy Bacon before you tuck into a Grilled Half Baby Chicken, or the Living Local set for the iconic local taste of Nasi Goreng Kampung.

SKIRT’s menu features Argentinian Grass Fed Sirloin, Iberico Pork Tomahawk or Grilled Octopus amongst other dishes.

Waterfall Ristorante Italiano

Grab and go hearty Italian dishes from Waterfall Ristorante Italiano at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. Pick from a selection of handmade pastas such as the Linguine Scoglio, an authentic Southern Italian seafood pasta with prawns, scallops, mussels, and clams, or the Casarecci AL Ragù D’agnello, a homemade pasta dish with lamb ragu, mushrooms and rosemary.

Alternatively, freshly made pizzas such as the Pizza Prosciutto featuring buffalo mozzarella, Parma ham, and rocket leaves are also available. Diners can complete their meal with a classic Caesar Salad or a tasty Neapolitan Pumpkin Soup, made with roasted scallops and mushrooms.

Yak Kin! by Yaowarat BBQ Delivery

Yaowarat Seafood just launched a new concept Yak Kin!, Singapore’s first Thai-Japanese yakiniku delivery service. Yak Kin! means ‘Want to Eat!’ in Thai and plays on the word 焼き (Yaki) in Japanese.

Free islandwide delivery is available with a minimum food order of S$80. You can also order a disposable grill for S$20 if you do not have a barbeque pit at home. The disposable grill comes with charcoal and gives you 90 minutes of BBQ time and made with environment-friendly material.

The set menu offers various cuts of meats from Australia, USA and also Fullblood Japanese Wahyu along with popular Thai meats such as Marinated Pork Neck and Moo Ping (Pork Satay).

Yàn has started to offer potluck takeaway set menus for small groups (four different five-course set menus at $238++ each; recommended for 8 to 10 diners), which can be enjoyed at home or in a corporate setting.
